“I am so glad I took this class. What helped me most during contractions was the picture and description of what each contraction is doing and learning not to dread them, but to embrace them. I changed my mindset to be thankful for each one and reminded myself I was one step closer to meeting my son. Thank you so much for your class. It truly was a Godsend for me during labor.”

“Rachel is truly a blessing. Her teaching calmed any and all fears we had. I had a complicated and unmedicated hospital birth and feel grateful we prepared ourselves with her class. I recommend her to any & all couples preparing for birth!”
